I was asked by one of our members to pass this along. Heart breaking, losing his daughter to a monster disease. Trying to help the family out financially. Craig was a Sergeant in MN Homicide Squad and then worked for the CoDs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

CALL FOR PRAYER
From Member Antonio (Tony) Rodriguez
I don't know where to start, so I will start by asking my fellow retirees in both clubs to keep my wife Socorro (Coqui) Rodriguez in your pray's as we move forward with aggressive cancer treatment. We started the cancer fight on July of last year, when she was diagnosed with throat, and lung cancer (stage 4). After a P.E.T. scan in December we were informed that the cancer had been defeated and it was the best Christmas of our lives.
The latter was shortly lived when on April 4th of this year she had a follow-up P.E.T. scan which identified cancer (Squamous cell carcinoma) in both her lungs and in her blood. It has come back with a vengeance...
In closing let me thank all of you in advance and also to say that we believe in the power of prayer...
The Rodriguez Family
Thank you Eddie, yes please post. We are currently under treatment here in Naples with 21st Century Oncology and are receiving the best care possible for lung cancer. Perhaps other members who are or might have gone through a similar process can offer us some advice going forward. Any information is desperately welcome..
Thanks so much and God Bless

Please help with this “10-13” as we always have in the past for our NYPD Blue family. Our prayers are with Jodi.
